We help you select delicious, nutritious and satisfying meals, snacks and desserts by highlighting well-balanced, mindful menu choices and providing nutritional information and tips to help you make choices that fit your needs.
We take pride in serving you wholesome ingredients, preparing recipes accurately and providing nutritional analysis and ingredient statements through our online menus and nutrition calculator. From our general manager to our front line servers, we work carefully to address food allergies, celiac diets, or other special dietary needs. We want to meet one-on-one with anyone who has individual dining needs to ensure that your dining experience is safe, delicious, and social. My Zone is our campus “pantry” where food items needed by students with Celiac disease or nut allergies are stored and prepared with precautions against cross-contact. This area is free of tree nut, peanut and gluten-containing ingredients and products. My Zone areas are located in Campus Center and Towers dining halls and at Terrace dining hall at the Simple Servings station.
Simple Servings (located in Campus Center and Terrace dining halls) is our allergen-safe, dining option for our customers with food allergies or gluten intolerance. This station offers food free from peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, wheat, soy, milk products, eggs, and gluten-containing ingredients. Simple Servings staff members are carefully trained to avoid cross-contact with food allergens.
Gluten-Free options provides suitable food items to those individuals with celiac disease and gluten intolerance. As well as providing food items such as: pasta, breads and waffles. Gluten-Free items can be found in the "My Zone" area of Campus Center and Towers dining hall,each provides a separate microwave and toaster over in order to help control cross-contamination. A Gluten-Free Pantry is also located at Simple Servings (allergen-free station) in Terrace dining hall. My Zone areas are devoid of Peanut, Treenut and Gluten products.

Locate a healthier choice in the dining halls and at the Food Court! All Mindful offerings meet stringent nutritional criteria based on the Dietary Guidelines for Americans. Each Mindful item is limited in calories, has fewer than 30% of calories from fat, fewer than 10% of calories from saturated fat, and is restricted in sodium and cholesterol.
A variety of gluten-free items across campus and can accommodate customers with foods that are free from gluten-containing ingredients and protected against cross-contact with gluten.
Menu items with the vegetarian icon contain no meat, fish or poultry, or any meat products such as soup base. Our vegetarian offerings meet the needs of lacto-ovo vegetarians and may include eggs and/or dairy products.
Vegan offerings contain no meat, fish, eggs, milk or other animal-derived products such as honey.
