Napkin Insert Reservation Info

1.  Contact us at dine@ithaca.edu to ensure that the dates you would like to reserve are available or if you have questions about the process. You will receive a reply within 2 business days.

2.  Please note that the each reservation week runs from Tuesday-Monday and reservations are not to exceed 2 consecutive weeks.

3. Designs are subject to approval. Please e-mail a .pdf copy of the intended Napkin Insert to dine@ithaca.edu.

4.  It is the requestor’s responsibility to work with the Print Shop and arrange delivery to Dining Services’ Marketing Office. All inserts must be received by Dining Services no later than 12:00 NOON on the Friday preceding the requested week(s) to ensure that they are delivered to the dining areas.

5.  All Napkin Inserts will be divided and sent to Campus Center Dining Hall, Terrace Dining Hall, Towers Dining Hall and IC Square Food Court. Inserts must be 6.25” x 4.25” and printed on cardstock in a landscape format. A minimum of 400 napkin inserts is suggested for optimal visibility.
